Yes! We are the social enterprise arm of a nonprofit organization called Common Good Community Development Corporation. Common Good has been working closely with youth and families for the past twelve years. We are a registered 501c(3), and our EIN number is 45-3950421.

Every piece we sell is designed, made, glazed, and fired by hand in our studio on the North side of Lexington.

We offer a variety of ceramic goods, including dog water bowls, pet food bowls, yarn bowls, herb strippers, spoon rests, and more. Each item is thoughtfully designed and handmade by our skilled team.

Yes! All of our work is both microwave and dishwasher safe.

All of our ceramics are free of funky chemicals. Our glazes are made in-house without any lead or cadmium. Our clay is also fully vitrified, meaning that there is no porosity in the clay for water and bacteria to lodge itself into.

Orders can be placed here on our website or through our Etsy store. Simply browse our selection, add your chosen items to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

As of right now, we only ship to the Domestic US. We also have a free local pickup option if you are near Lexington, KY and want to pick up your orders here at our studio.

We do our best to get in-stock orders sent out within 1-2 business days. We ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority which generally takes 1-3 days to arrive depending on your distance from our studio in Lexington, KY.

Yes, we offer local pickup at our studio. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

At this time, we do not formally do returns or exchanges. With that being said, if you are unsatisfied with your product please let us know by getting in touch at info@matchstickgoods.com and we'll do what we can to make the situation right!

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
